Also as far as your weight loss is going, what kinds of foods and such do you enjoy? I am mostly raw vegan, with the occasional fresh bakery (vegan) bread, and sometimes packaged soymilk, hemp milk, etc. Though now I am learning how to make my own soymilk/soy yogurt.

I found that when losing my 50+ pounds during the last several years - slow and steady for sure, though food was such a large role - I eat and forage a lot during the day - keeping my mental alertness and energy levels on steady, as well as the nutrients

Basically, all fresh and all natural - so good!
