So I went up in weight a few years ago with Ensure, as Cheyenne says is very good and the chocolate is very tasty, plus you can make more spaces between your meals so that the body makes your metabolism slows and absorb more protein, ( in a way to cheat you think you have to stay fat for times of famine jeje) you must eat as much as ever but with longer intervals of time, you can also eat many potatoes, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, ham and dads cheese, french fries and all the recipes you can find potatoes, bread and tortillas are also good, you can also eat avocados, this type of fat is good. smile

come to italy and i'll feed you pasta and you can lounge around all day eating gilatos.
yea.
ok so you'll probably just stay the same weight but whatever, you shoudl still come to italy and use it as an excuse. haha
*hugs*
when i was getting over an eating disorder when i was a teenager my nutritionist had me drink these really amazing smoothies...they had protein in them (not muscle buidling gym dude stuff, just more calories and nutrients) and i'd drink those alongside eating normal meals.
its just getting time to sit down and eat, its hard to do when you have a curious little boy on your hands.
i miss you.
i should go write something obnoxious on your facebook. lol

Make a habit of eating dinner before you go to bed and add more calories to your diet until your body begins to store them as fat. Hopefully, that will work for you without eating unhealthy.

Bananas. Really, it helps gain weight. Eat one with your meals.

(I'm trying to gain weight, too...)

I have heard you gain a lot of weight when you drink milkshakes with a lot of icecream in it. Maybe you like them?

I love Pizza and gain a lot when I eat it often. But all this stuff is not "healthy", so I would say just eat more carbs (potatoes etc.) and dont drink too much coffee, because it speeds up your metabolism and you lose weight faster.

Yes, the exact opposite I tell my fat friends, eat carbs! The more rice, potatoes, and bread, the better. Good luck! Your sets are wonderfully beautiful.

This depends on your body type. If you already eat alot (many small portions throughout the day) and you are still thin (which means your metabolism is fast already), then start doing things to slow your metabolism, like eating big meals (like the entire plate) every 5 to 7 hours ( instead of eating small meals every 2 to 3 hours). Without getting too wordy, think of it like this: its all about your body's survival needs. Here is an idea: the more water you drink, the more your body is going to discharge that water, right?; the less water you have, the more your body is going to 'hold onto' that water by not peeing so much. The same can be said about food: the more of it (in small amounts) your body has avalible to it, the less likely it will hold onto it (via weight loss); the less food it has avalible to it (large amounts only sometimes), instinctually your body is going to hold on to it (via weight gain). This might seem like a bunch of nonsense, Hell it might not even apply to you, but i hope it helps.

I once needed to gain a good 20 or 30 pounds after an extended illness, so the doctor put me on a reverse SlimFast diet. Basically, drink one WITH every meal. They were far less painful to get down than Ensure, were a little more well rounded than most of the protein shakes I saw, and they were far more healthy than drinking straight milkshakes. To be honest, they were actually pretty damn good. Overall it was quite a success.

drink 2-3 protein shakes in addition to what ever meals you're eating through out the day and youll gain weight and wont build up a lot of space in your stomach so when ever you're at your preferred weight you can just stop drinking them
