Hehehehe, just kidding! I'm feeling a bit halloweeny as of late
So much is about to happen in a month and I'm so excited.
Cam and I are moving in a month!
We're going to have our own living room, our own dining room and our own bedroom that we don't have to keep our dogs in! I'm so excited that I literally just might pee in my britches!
I've decided to take my week of paid vacation the week that we move in!
We're also planning a volleyball party/bbq with some of our friends the week we move in
I'm not much of a people person and this party thing scares the hell out of me but hey, it'll make Cameron happy and I haven't really seen all of our friends in one place in a pretty long time.
I'm also excited because we're literally RIGHT next to the little doggy area. I'm actually going to talk to the management office and see if we can put some doggy playground type things in there since it's so bare.
Wee! I'm so excited!
I'm learning how to coupon from my mom, haha. It's tough! But I did get a great deal on my hair color! This might be boring to some so feel free to skip the explanation.
I had a $4 off any two boxes of the color and a $1 off any one box. The original price is 8.99 a box but kroger had it on sale 2 for $12. So I used those coupons, got $5 off total and only paid $7+tax! Not bad considering it would have been $18! Needless to say I'm super proud of myself
But alas, I do believe I'm going to quit dying my hair. It has nothing to do with looks, rather the fact that I'm lazy and also I'd rather spend the money on something better.
I got my sewing machine on SATURDAY! I am super excited. I have yet to break it out and use it because it's been a crazy hectic weekend but I plan on getting my supplies slowly over the next month as I can't afford to buy them all at once anyway! But I feel like I'd rather start when I move. It'll be a fresh start that is good for us and I'm just so ready! I'm making pillows first because I really love pillows.
My nephew will be born in just a couple of weeks! Wee! The baby shower was yesterday! I got the cake made by a dear friend of mine and everyone loved it! It was Nemo themed!

I've been feeling Halloweeny too and great news on the move!
Good luck and great that you'll have your own place at last and hope the settling in goes well and good idea on taking a week off while you settle in...hope the party goes ok (I'm sure you'll be fine!)and you can get the doggie area too...
Nice work on the couponing and I can understand you not wanting to dye your hair anymore...
Have fun with the new sewing machine and you get the time and supplies....would be good to start after the move then you can set it all up as you need it in one area and not have to move it...

the family is doing good. The dogs and cats are spoiled rotten as usual. On a sad note though we lost our clown fish a week ago. We had him for over 10 years though so i think he lived a good life.
I saw the Hunger games for the first time the day it came out on bluray. I thought it was awesome....but I didn't get the steampunk vibe as much from the book and they didn't set up the movie as well as the book, so I felt like I had to explain parts to my wife who didn't read the books. Potter still takes the cake as far as movies and books.....of course
