After much anticipation, my set has finally made the front page. Huzzah!

I know, I know...I'm still working on a "real" blog. I'll try to get it up today.

In the meantime, I hope everyone is enjoying the remainder of the summer. I actually look forward to the fall now that I'm living in the desert. It's the nicest time of year here IMO.

So I've been super remiss in my sg duties...I've had a lot going on and the more stuff that piles on the more I dread having to sit down and write about it. But in any case...I have new photos in member review, please check them out! I promise I'll get back to you all soon.

W00t, today is my birthday!

Last year I was getting trashed with Fire, Leandra and Co. at a club in Philly, but since now I live in a new place and have no friends I'm keeping it pretty low key...my mom actually forgot today was even my birthday, whoops.

Michael is taking me out for a birthday dinner at a surprise location in a few hours. As long as they serve beer I am all for it.

Did you all leave love on Leandra's set in member review yet? If not, you'd better do it now, or I will come into your house and castrate you then send your detached balls to your mother....for mother's day.

Maybe not. But I wouldn't risk it.

You should all check it out, and vote! And I'm not just saying this to shamelessly plug my friends. She is seriously smokin' in this. But don't take my word for it. Look for yourself. Her eyes are like giant flaming sex orbs of pure hotness. Not to mention she has a great rack.

Thanks for all the support and super sweet comments. As a result my set went live in record time!

A lot of people have been asking why I hide my eyes. I am not ashamed of my eyecolor by any means, but I tend to feel that warm colors (reds and browns especially) look better on me. I've been wearing brown contacts since I was 15...in a way they've sort of become apart of my persona. But for this set, I wanted to try something different. Alissa really did such a fantastic job...I heart her.

In other news, I'm coming down with something, probably the flu. I had to leave work early today. My body feels like it's getting torn apart at the joints. You know that super achy feeling you get when you first feel a fever coming on? That's what it feels like. It's total crap. Michael has been taking care of me though. It rocks having a boyfriend with such strong maternal instincts

I hope everyone is doing well. It's starting to warm up in Vegas...I wish I wasn't sick so I could thoroughly enjoy the warm spring air. Sigh.

As a sidenote, this is the first set featuring my natural eyecolor

I have a set in queue, shot by the amazing AlissaBrunelli. I was also supposed to shoot a second set with Cherry but it got canceled

I have to say, this is by far my favorite set ever shot....and it features a nice little surprise that I'm hoping you will all enjoy.

Alissa was so amazing to work with, and she's such a talented photographer. I'm very happy that I got to work with her, and I'm very excited about the photos. *Dances with glee*

But for now I must go nurse a hangover. One bottle of wine later I have quite the headache.

Christmas is long since over, so I suppose it's time for a quick update.

There's some SG goodness going down in Vegas as some of you might know, and I'm hoping to have the privilege of working with some very awesome photographers (unless something work-related comes up, which it may.) I should be learning more soon but I'm quite excited. (And also nervous...I always get butterflies in my tummy at the notion of being surrounded by pretty girls, eek!)

Thanks everyone for the warm holiday wishes.

So...I flew back to Vegas today, and was greeted with the best belated Christmas present(s) ever.

Michael set up a little game for me, where I was led to different presents hidden around the house (and a few in my car.) First and foremost, he cleaned the entire apartment, including shampooing the carpets and organizing the closets. There was a bouquet of orange roses (my favorite) waiting for me on the kitchen table, which had a clue leading me to the bedroom. There I found a bag of Godiva chocolates on the bed, he got me a dark chocolate assortment and truffles. He also got two dragon vases with Birds of Paradise flowers in them. Next was the closet, where my car keys were waiting (a hint to go to my car), so I went to my car and there was a present sitting in the drivers seat, as well as my sunglasses sitting atop my steering wheel (I've been looking for those for weeks and he found them for me.) I might also mention that he cleaned my entire car, both inside and out (which it desperately needed) and he filled my gas tank. I opened the present and inside I found Super Paper Mario and Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door (which I was very close to beating but never actually got to.) This made me super excited. I was then led to the trunk, where some presents from his family members were waiting for me (because I was in Upstate NY for Christmas as most of you know.) The next clue led me to the TV, which I turned on and saw that he'd left me a cute message on my Wii, noting that he'd downloaded World of Goo for me, and also giving my next clue, which was under his dumbbells. There I found an origami heart he'd made out of a dollar bill, and another clue leading me to the pantry. I opened the pantry, which is where I keep my Rock Band instruments, and saw there was another present atop my drumset. I opened it and lo and behold...Rock Band 2! And he also has tickets for free movies as well.

Wow...this was really the best Christmas I could ever ask for. It was super sweet, well-planned and all of my gifts are fucking awesome. Did I hit the jackpot or what? Thank you Michael, so so much. You are so thoughtful and this was really over the top amazing.
