HOLY SHIT!

I just found out that I've been offered an internship with Pie Town Productions this summer in LA! I am so thrilled--I'm speechless! I'll be working as a production assistant for the shows that Pie Town produces (like House Hunters). My friend Katie has been working for House Hunters International for a long time now, and she loves it there! I can't wait!

While I'm in LA (from mid-June to August maybe) I hope I get a chance to meet all of you fabulous west coast ladies! I'll definitely want to visit HQ if possible! This is a dream come true!

I still have to figure out the whole housing deal. Any LA SGs willing to let me stay with you for a couple of months? Hah!

Alright, so Havana was sweet. Literally. I was covered in icing. It's all good
I got to meet Keely finally and plenty of other girls! My friend Olivia, who wants to be an SG, came with me. She's going to get to shoot with Alissa on the 29th after my shoot! I'm so happy for her!

I saw The Orphanage last night. It was amazing. Go see it.
And I need to find a Tomas doll.




And tonight Nick and I are eating Italian/Japanese/Indian food.
Yeah. We're awesome.

I'm so happy! I'm shooting a new set on the 29th! I haven't shot a set since October, so I am very excited! Keep an eye out for more Elsie action!

And I'm psyched for Havana on the 13th! I'm bringing two hopefuls with me! Plus, Keely is going to be there, which totally makes my day. I've been a little on the down side lately, but things are looking up!

I'm definitely not looking forward to the next hour or so. For radio, I've got to go to some lame debate on "Does God Exist." Yeah. Maybe I could get an interview with one of the speakers and ask him why he would debate on something so ridiculous. Eh, whatever.

I can't believe it was a year ago that I shot my first set, Bunny Hop, with Alissa! Seriously, thanks to that girl I've met so many great people and had such a freakin blast.

So now I have to go work on my short story for my fiction class. Damnit, I don't know what to write about. I'll post one of our previous prompt assignments, which was to write a "How to" story. I did "How to Deal With Your Parents in Spite of a Shitty Childhood." Haha. It's kind of funny and slightly depressing.

My performance went really well!



This was my first time performing an original song for a big audience.
But it was so much fun!

I'm playing open stage this Friday. I haven't done it in years, but I need to start doing it again. I'll be sure to record a song or two and post them here.
