Happy Friday the 13th

I haven't done anything particularily spooky today, but on Monday I went on a boat trip and today my skin is blistering and peeling and that's pretty gross and scary (to me at least...)

...looks so lovely right? well it's all well and good until you fall asleep in the blistering hot sun while reading a dance with dragons....

and then this is the result.

I'm far too vain for these epic burns, I feel so gross and these goddamn blisters hurt like a bitch!!! The only pictures of me I can take in the nude need to be shot in black and white so as not to offend:

Anyhow enjoy your Friday the 13th SGLand! Doing anything special for it?? I'm gonna smoke a big spliff and watch some old horror films I found on DVD -- including The Faculty. Yess!! Frodo saves the day yet again!

I reccomend some black soap for that. Or even Shae butter. Both work to get rid of itchy burning irritation. My favourite products ever!

Since it's the day for spooky, I suppose I can scare you for a noble purpose and get away with it. If you look into sun exposure or talk to a proper dermatologist, you will not sit in the sun ever again. Don't get me wrong, I love the sun, I just keep it off my skin. Like you, I have had severe sunburns with blisters and the ramifications are far from trivial. I strongly prefer that bad things not happen to you, so I hope you take this seriously.

I do indeed feel so inclined. Also, as a person whose butt glows in the dark and turns pink while thinking about the tropical sun I feel for you and the sunburn. Most unfortunate and unpleasant. My so has a lower lip all crusted over with sun scab after not using block on it last weekend while snowboarding. Used to happen to me all the time, too.

Where are you hanging out these days? Hope you heal up quickly and as painlessly as possible.
