Greetings SGlandians,
As some of you may know, I've been in Honduras for the last month-ish volunteering to teach kids English. It's a lot more intense than I thought it would be, but it's been a fucking blast. I could go on about everything that's been going on down here but pictures are much more fun sooooo:

lots of pretty waterfalls

lovely sunrises (I had some sleep problems with the heat the first week or so, so I caught a lot of these)

resident mothafuckin' gangster of Porvenir

gotta look hot while mixing concrete

I cannot comprehend how a human being this adorable is able to exist.

building bathrooms & shit.

jumping into rivers & shit.

teaching Hondurans flip cup on Sunday Funday. Somehow I manage to be cackling like a hyena in every single one of these pictures.

LOOK AT THIS FUCKING PINEAPPLE!

beachside view from our Cabin on Cayos Cochinos

panoramic sunset on Cayos Cochinos

raging out on the docks.

Honduras Children volunteers represent!

tiniest rooster evaaar

my sexy self-portrait

and of course, plenty of drinking.
Sooo, yeah. It's been a blast and an experience. I'm bound stateside in a few more weeks and truthfully I'm a bit homesick so I'm glad. Two months is about the perfect amount of time to be abroad in one place, I think.
Off to go make some baleadas now. They're this ridiculously tasty fried tortilla/bean/cheese thing. Sounds pretty typical but whatever magic the Honduran women here work with them makes them a religious experience to consume. Oh my GOD they're so good!
Toodles!
