Hi. My name is Darla and I'm really good at taking care of people.
I complain about it sometimes (much like a couple blogs ago) but I really do enjoy it.
I like feeding people when their stomachs are growling, though I can't cook.
I like hugging/cuddling people when they're sad or crying.
I like kissing forheads.
I like tucking people in.
I like brushing hair out of peoples' faces.
I like cleaning up after people (sometimes)
I like listening.
I like giving advice (when asked for)
I like loving people.
I think that's what I'm best at. And it's taken me a while to figure out what I'm good at. I used to think I was just good at drinking and grooming dogs. But nope. Not to toot my own horn, but I'm a damn good person to have around.
