i hate mondays.
i have headache, my right arm is tender and stiff and i feel low blood pressure... plus this week i'll have to stick to a vegan diet to fix my health! i ate too many diary products (i'm lactose intolerant) and my whole sistem went nuts.
i can blame my pregnant sister for this, she has cravings all the time! i spent the weekend with her, and it was like:

Sister: i want ice cream
Dalila: let's go and get ice cream
S: i'd love a slice of cheesecake as a dessert
D: ok i'll make it right away
S: ohhhh mozzarella! i haven't had mozzarella in ages
D: ...

and if she eats, what can i do? abstain from delicious tiramisu ice cream? in italy we say

chi non mangia in compagnia o è un ladro o è una spia!

so, now i'm actually abstaining.
i also have to avoid sugary stuff... sodas... crisps... junk food in general.
Dalila is on a frigging diet!
