Sorry its been awhile, been a busy month.

We moved.

Been booked like crazy.

Had the Semi Finals for Best Oklahoma Photographer, though I didn't win I was up against 3 great local photographers and it was such a great experience. It was so amazing just to get nominated out of so many other great photographers!

I need to find a photographer for my kick ass set I'd like to shoot. Darn you Oklahoma!

By popular demand I introduce more photos of my photo series "Float" and some of the lovely Claudia who was gracious enough to model for me.

I am absolutely in love with the weather. This is my favorite season. I am stocking up on boots, scarves and fun hats to get me through this lovely fall.
Also, an amazing achievement for me, I was nominated Best Photographer in Tulsa, Ok today by an amazing indie arts program where I had my first exhibit. It is an amazing honor to even be considered, but I have worked so hard and I really feel like my work is finally paying off.

I also learned (again) that true friends are hard to find. And it reminds me (again) why I do not have very many female friends. I expect people to treat me how I treat them. I do not approve of backstabbing or general drama.
It seems that I am people's friends as long as I have something to give them, and when that is finished they move on. It is disheartening but I know this is just another chapter of my life and I will continue to grow and learn.

On a lighter note, I got a new book to fill my weekend! An old favorite of mine, I read some of the series when I was younger, but Sherlock BBC has peaked my interested again so I decided to revisit the old classic.

I am a VERY happy person.
It was a tad unpleasant having my face numb. very odd feeling, did not enjoy it.

Eeeppp...Dentists really terrify me. Very nervous about going.

On the bright side I have a fantastic shoot planned this evening, so I am just going to focus on that.

Went out and shot today.
It was cold and grey and perfect.
