I just watched Porn: Business of Pleasure on CNBC. I thought it was going to be about how the material of pornography continues to increase in violence, but it was about the battle the industry currently fights with free content on the internet. Really it could have been about any other kind inf industry if you replace a couple words and a few scenes. The music industry for example. So for those of you that didn't catch it, you didn't miss much.

I got B's in both of my summer classes ending in a 3.165 GPA. I also got an extra four grand in financial aid. That is extremely good news.

I haven't really been up to much. A few weeks ago a pulled both of my hamstrings doing the leg curl machine in the gym. I also hurt my knee doing high intensity interval training. I'm okay now, but I should really look into buying a proper shoe. I've been spending a lot of time at a county park with my dog. We go walk a 2.5 miles trail. Sometimes we go around twice, but he has blisters on his paws so today was the first time I've taken him in a while. I walk it with a friend of mine when she has time.

I've started reading again now that I have time to do so. I finished The Princess Bride last week. I have never seen the movie, so I read the book and now I'm going to watch the movie at some point. I started Lolita a few days ago. I'm enjoying it so far. I hadn't read Nabokov's work before. His writing holds some poetic qualities. I'm enjoying the flow of it.

It's not that bad being back in Cincinnati. I'm not happy here by any means but I'm not bitter about being here as much as I was last summer. Maybe this is due to the fact I took summer classes and so I am spending less time here. I went to a club about a week ago with a friend of mine who had never been to a club before. I met a gorgeous specimen whose career is in dance. I sent him a message a few days later asking him out for coffee and never heard anything back. Oh well. It would have been nice to sleep with him though. Man he was good looking. I guess one could consider this a hiatus for me from the booty call business.

I normally hate it too. Usually I'll give them a chance, but this was one of the ones I really liked. I just read the book a coupla months ago, too.

The internet has hurt a lot of the arts out there, I never thought about porn, but I guess that is a big problem for them.

That is great news, good grads and more money, you cant beat that.

Im glad your better now, sounds pretty bad. Well that sounds fun, I love going on walks, I wish I had a dog and a friend to go with me.

The princess bride is a great movie, I hope you like it, I have it on DVD.

Im glad things are going well back home.

Nothing much going on with me, I went and hung out with some SGKY people in Indiana so we could go see Slayer at Mayhem.

Artistic Porn...I like that. I feel that even if SG is porn, it isn't your typical "watch this barely legal schoolgirl fuck 10 guys" kind of porn and should be somehow differentiated.

Congrats on your GPA. I think you're great so far.

I think one has to try to make the best out of any situation. Even if Cincinatti is not the place you wanna be right now, it can be enjoyable if you have the right mindset and you try to make it enjoyable.

Here's hoping that it turns out to be a fun summer for ya!

Traveling is expensive. But as I've gotten older, it's become more of a priority to me. So I find deals and spend much time exploring options to get it arranged. I have an explorer mentality and want to see much of the world. Subconsciously, I believe that drives me. And the coffee keeps me quasi-ADHD, so that helps.
