Wooo! Brrrr! Chilly this morning!

WTF is going on here... I felt great all yesterday, then I come home and start feeling nauseous. I assume that its because I'm so damn hungry. I eat -

We go to the studio and by then it's much worse I feel like I might vomit. I ask for a beer and a hit off a j, assuming it will help - less than a 1/4 of my beer and 1 toke later, I am having the worst panic attack I've had in years...

Tyson takes me home and I go to bed super early, thinking that plenty of rest will knock this out of me... Nope. I feel even worse today, just minus the panic. Pissed off stomach, pounding head, aching body and severely light headedness.

Just fucken great.

I love working for Camel.

So, my tattoo artist decided he'd rather do his own custom piece on me, so here's where we've started on my Stephen King sleeve...





This is my other forearm... this is all I got and for some reason I'm a hell of a lot more swollen here than on the other arm. "Mima" is my grandmother. <3

I'm probably getting this tattoo today... where do you think I should put it?

I just busted 30 minutes of ass with Tiffany Rothe's workout videos on YouTube... Just the warm up/stretch video had me sweating... by the end I was leaving a puddle.

That felt really good, but I can tell already tomorrow is going to be SUPER SORE.
