Chicago is great! I work at a fantastic showroom, but work 42 hours a week minimum.

In other news, Salome and I went to Fredrick's of Hollywood and Ikea today. You can imagine how ridiculous we were. It was a great time!

So, I'm going to go watch The Walking Dead. Then find a therapist.

Holy exciting week Batman! (Ya, my weeks end on Mondays. Haven't worked on a Monday in 5-6 years.)

So last week I get a text from my gay husband Bobby. It said that we were approved for our apartment in Chicago! So guess who is FINALLY FUCKING MOVING BACK TO CHICAGO?!?! This girl!
What happened not more than an hour after that? I get called back in for a 3rd interview at a place that not only pays well, but offer full benefits. Things have gotten so much better in the last 6 months or so.

Today was said interview. It was a super quick follow up where we discussed the details. She said she's emailing him today suggesting they hire me right away! So if all goes well, my ass will be a Chicago citizen again within the month! Let's not forget the $300 discount my apartment management is giving us, which was a total surprise.

This day rocks.

Good news everyone! I got a laptop! That means I will not only be all over this bitch, but I'll also photo bomb my blogs from time to time. Shall we begin?

I went to California a few months back. Went to Alcatraz for the first time and the Winchester Mystery House. I HIGHLY recommend visiting them. Very interesting histories.





In the middle of July Chicago hosted a little event called Exxxotica! Ever hear of it? It's tons of fun! I worked as their social media coordinator that weekend.
