I love getting a good night's sleep. But this usually means scads of dreams, too complex to explain in detail. Last night's mostly consisted of boys in the Project Potential program in my grade school, names I haven't thought of in decades. David Wright, Paul Scippone, Bill Crean. They were still the brainiacs they were then, but I was some bikini-clad almost-bimbo walking around promoting SG. Do I really think of myself this way?

Lots of talk of NYC lately. I miss it so bad. I dusted off my discman, the one that went with me everywhere in New York, all my walks through the city, rides on the subway, everywhere.. I guess I'm not finding my iPod, so the discman it is. I put in Luna, which of course reminds me of New York too. Gah, I want to go there now! I hate being so nostalgic and not getting what I want when I want it. I don't like being told No.

It's been an up and down day. Not bad, just highs and lows. I don't like being unsure of myself, my path, my life. This turning 30 business is a really awesome thing, yes? surreal

I have similar feelings about Chicago, but I have the luck of being 2.5 hours away. I'm hoping to move there after graduation.

Everyone I know said turning 30 was a lot better than they expected. I'm dreading it, but maybe it will turn out to be a cool thing. Let me know how it goes. smile

30 is easy if you just let it wash over you. Relax. Don't stress. You're the same Coco you were yesterday.

Everyone I know has been dreaming a lot lately (me too!). I think this is Spring stuff.

New York doesn't change... it all seems so samey. But good in that the people will be here, the city will be here. For you. When you want it.

It's kind of cold here, but it's getting nicer. I personally can't wait till spring, well, cuz I'm a pervert for one, and two I can go skate everyday. And maybe do some work here and there. You should come visit this spring or summer. You know you have plenty of people to stay with for free.. don't be such a stranger. -J

30's not bad. wait 'til you're 90 like grandpa and catch yourself using the woman's bathroom at the airport. hmmm, maybe he did it on purpose. i think maybe you would too!
