Well. The night started out good. Holly, Requiem and I went out for a couple of drinks. Note to self: NEVER go to Beauty Bar on a Friday. This may seem obvious to some, but I have never been there, so I thought we'd give it a shot. After a quickly gulped drink we bailed that baloney scene and headed over to Bender's for a much nicer, mellower vibe. I had one more drink, started on a third, but couldn't really drink it. I was pooped, and knew I needed to get some rest before Saturday 9am work time. Took a cab home, ate half a taco, went to sleep.

Then I woke up at 3am and puked.

This is a huge deal, as I never throw up. We're talking at least 4 years since I've done it. I don't puke when I drink too much, I don't puke when I have the flu, I've never had food poisoning, nothing. So why was my stomach rioting like that?

Now I feel like crap, I can't ditch work 'cause they need me (I'm the only receptionist on Saturdays), I'm exhausted, and shakey as all get out. Boooooooo.

What did you drink? Bars use a chemical solution to quickly wash what they serve their drinks in. Also the taps are cleaned using a similar chemical solution. In many cases they are not required to do any rinsing. Maybe it is possible that your body was rejecting something it did not like, hence your inability to finish your third drink. Note any subtle feelings you might have noticed on you way home. Hope you feel better!

So I'm realizing that what I keep thinking my hair will look like is red TIPS, not fully died red hair. Although maybe I should dye it all... I'm not sure I'll like having entirely light colored hair though. May feel like my head will float off.

I think the process for tips is harder though right? What do you think I should do? If I dye my hair black tonight, can you do red tips tomorrow?

and nobody was there to hold your hair back.
i vote for the taco or something you ate earlier.
the last time i lost it was a couple of years ago when i ended up in the hospital from food poisoning (sushi).
i hope you're feeling better at work now, because feeling ill at work is one of the worst things in the world.
try to drink lots of fluids.

Poor Coco. I hope you feel better soon. (I never throw up either, but the first time I smoked pot I got really sick and threw up eight times. It was the first time I'd thrown up in maybe eight years or so.)
