They just said persnickety on CNN and I thought of Gadget. I also made tacos for dinner, and I had to admit to myself that they are just not as good as hers. Although, they are better than El Vez. Hopefully she has her weeds under control.

I've played The Sims 2 for years, and I have collected all the expansion packs. I've built up quite a legacy in my game now...I'm working on the sixth generation. I know a lot of you won't get this, but it is pretty crazy when I think this all started with just 2 Sims I created a long time ago.

I made some study cards for my history test next week, and I was thinking about how cool it would be if I could just lay my history book on top of my head and just absorb all of the knowledge into my brain, but then I think well then what would be the point of all this?

I've just been thinking so much lately, I'm sure its all the MC5 and Ike and Tina thats doing it to me.

I am so torn on this election...its just another thing thats been weighing on my mind....

You know that feeling when you have just gorged yourself on too much food, and now you have no idea how you are going to make it up to your body. Thats how I feel right now. Gadget and I went and picked up some pizza, which was slamming by the way, and after a near death experience due to stoners (hate you stoners) we had a relaxing night in and watched an Icelandic movie called Noi. It was depressing, but shot really well. Everyone dies in the end, and I just didn't know what to think of that, it just sucks. Please don't read that last sentence if you haven't seen the film. Unfortunately I can't resist the call of the gummi bears, and apparently the call of french fries and take 5. Disgusting.

But anyway this is the real reason I'm updating...


Indolence

I did dinner and shopping with my friend Samantha last night, and despite it raining the entire night much fun was had.

We started off having dinner in Chinatown at a Malaysian restaurant called Penang. I had the Penang Poh Piah which is a spring roll type of dish with fried tofu, egg, jicama and bean sprouts for my appetizer, and the Claypot noodles for dinner. Noodles and vegetables with shrimp, pork, and squid in a claypot. I highly recommend it if you are in town. I even sent a photo message to Gadget of all this great food, but she had to one up me and send me back photos of ritz crackers with peanut butter.

Then we had to walk off dinner of course, so we headed down to Walnut street. We went into urban outfitters and I'll tell you I usually hate the clothes in that store. Its not that I don't see things I want to buy, but nothing fits me right in that store. Also, their shoes sizes do not go as small as I need (I'm a size 5) and its just irritating. However it is Samantha's favorite store so we always go in, and I'm so grateful we did. I found a dress in there that I am in love with. I was so reluctant to buy it though, even after having it in my hands and on the rack 4 times, and trying it on twice. I did purchase it though, and I will probably wear it everyday once spring comes.

Then I went to Lush and purchased some utimate shine shampoo, dreamwash, sacred truth, and a sakura bomb. I smell really good right now.

How was everyone else's Friday night?

Well I'm off to make dinner....I'm making mentaiko spaghetti.

So I am trying to make a video featuring a slideshow of pictures of Teddy Roosevelt to the music of Bump N Grind by R. Kelly....and because I now have nothing better to do....some things I love
