Sounds like anxiety. I get it once in a while but not that severe. Go to the doctor and tell him what the deal is. See if you can get a prescription for Valium or Xanax. The Xanax work great. I hope you’re feeling better sweetheart. Good luck to you.

Sorry to hear about all the pain and stress and stuff. When I stress out it triggers all sorts of bizarre pains, aches and rashes. Lovely things.

I used to go to the gym with a friend...good motivation. Then he moved. And got married. Bastard. Hopefully, I will get into a routine. The gym is pretty laid back thankfully, not a lot of muscleheads.

And if you ever make it out to LA, there's nothing quite like getting tanked on a rooftop on the Sunset Strip. I'll hook you up.

I hate being sick at work....especially in retail when you are so sick that people can tellyou are, and are grossed out or paranoid of getting your sickness, but you can't go home. Thats happened to me quite a few times. The supervisor decided she only wanted 3 people trained in the job i am doing for "consistency" reasons, 2 of which are already working full time and the third who isn't even an employee and can't come in to sub for people very often anywya because she has so many goddamn kids. Fuckin brilliant! So many times i am sure i have made people ill through passing money or bagging produce that they didn't wash off after, etc. I think it is gross, but hell, what can you do? I'm really sorry lady. Going to work sick is like the worst. At least they are totally concerned about you....some places aren't even that good!

sounds like a panick attack. i get them sometimes myself but mainly i get anxeity(sp) attacks.

I just keep worrying about you. Get better damnit! I want to know yer ok! Thats IT, no more for you! Seriously though, take some days off if at all possible because i just keepo on thinking about how sick you sound.....and if possible sleep through most of the days off.
