news-fuckin'-flash! you know what i'm stoked about? why, upcoming releases at reflections records, of course. we have some exciting stuff lined up for the summer so get into it... expect the debut 12" from stay hungry in a couple of months. they're swedish, edge, and pretty awesome. i haven't seen 'em play yet but have a suspicion that a euro tour might be in the works sometime this year. anyway, also released soon is worship's first full-length. california just keeps it comin'. they remind me of trap them which is a very good thing.
queensnight was awesome, i went to a show (duh) and ended up hanging out with some of the dudes in u.s. christmas. they are great live so keep an eye out for them. i missed out on their set at scion in february so i'm happy they played amsterdam so soon. the next day i spent trying to avoid the crowd on queensday (fail), as that's when half the country decides to migrate to amsterdam and get retarded. i went from a punk gig to a hip hop party and had a pretty great time except for some drama-rama which occurred when both parties involved had one drink too many. it happens and sometimes you just need to face the facts, i suppose.
ps. i sort of have a crush but that's a secret so shhh...
