I'm fine, it's sunny in Paris from yesterday, and I didn't go to work this afternoon 'cause I felt a little bit sick this morning (my stomach's capricious).
But now I'm okay.

It's a french speciality from the city of Lyon (on the map for strangers, I know it's difficult for you to situate french cities, and particularly for american people who thought Toulouse was in the region of Jura ...) :
Stop joking.
I ate it for lunch, it's absolutely flavorless.
Les français sont capables de bien mieux ...
The quenelle is composed by mandatory meal or durum wheat flour, butter, eggs, milk and / or water and seasonings.

Well, I admit french food is better than anyone else in the world, but sometimes it's just a pity !

"pfiouuu quoi" -> ça devrait pas nécessiter d'explication, tu es super jolie, à tomber même... voilà ! Dire que je te trouvais un peu timide la dernière fois... 
Maintenant c'est moi qui vais l'être.
