I love sleeping so this sucks.
My shoulders keep hurting. I wake up and I sometimes feel like I cant move my arms because my shoulders are in so much pain. 1 morning it actually made me cry.
Maybe its lack of good massages I get.
Maybe its because my boyfriends matress is fucked and broken. And they are damn expensive to replace.
Then the house is so dry and my nose is always dry.
It was making me get gross phlegm in my throat.
UGH Ive coughed so much to get it out that I gag and sometimes there is blood in there.
Would that be from the dryness.
God I feel like Im falling apart.

sometimes you wonder if just pulling the mattress off the bedsprings and putting it on the floor to sleep would be any better. i had a bed like that. only worse. one of the legs broke so i had to hold it up with a stack of wooden blocks. how sucky was that??? not to mention i could almost feel the springs through the mattress.

Have you tried putting vaseline in your nose? I usually have to do that in the winter too cause it's so dry here. I gotta do it when I fly too, cause planes are dry!
I'm sorry to hear about your shoulder/broken matress/not sleeping well Maybe you can keep an eye out, and a good sale will come along? I hope you start to sleep better soon! *hugs*
