So my car got ass-raped by an auto carwash day before yesterday, and this is how things are panning out: I called the owner(s) of the facility when the incident first happened. I waited most of the rest of the afternoon for a call back. When I did receive his call, he instructed me to get an estimate for the damage and call him back. Well, I had gotten two estimates that same day, and I've been trying to call him for 24 hours. I've left numerous messages, all of which have completely gone unanswered. What's really fucked up about the situation is that this guy is a developer for a major company in Lafayette. The damages to my car are a little over $1300. He can fucking afford to fix the car that his equipment has damaged. He's got everything on video, so I'm gonna file a police report today. Hopefully then we can get the tapes to at least prove to my insurance company that I didn't back into a wall. Fuckers.
So some questions were raised from the premier set, and I'll try to answer some if I can. The set was taken by my sister with an ok camera. I've since gotten a really nice one, so look out for better quality pics in future. I live in a great town, but it's kinda small. There aren't any SG photographers in the immediate area. The Mod coord sent me the email address of the closest one and they are in South Carolina, or somewhere like that. Way too far for a drive. I mean I love my car, but I already drive an hour to work and am not willing to put the miles on. About the tattoos, the piece on my back is in Gaelic. It says "My heart, my darliing Blue". Blue's been a nickname of mine since I was little (my mom had a thing for Joni Mitchell). Below the writing is a shadow demon. So thanks for all the lovely comments, and I'll try to get some more sets done when I can.
So my place is getting a makeover. New floors and new paint. I can't wait til it's all done, and I can get back into the massage room. It always seems as if more people want to be serviced when the place is out of service. Pretty fucked up. At least everything will get a good cleaning...
Hang on a second. I gotta vent. I must say it's unfair to have a job that's an hour away from home. I've gotten really good at the quick sober-up, though. Aided, of course, by strawberry short-cake snacks and tons of hot green tea. Taco Bell is the devil.
