Keep the messages he sends you on your cell and pc, it could be useful, in front of a judge, you never know. First thing to do is to ignore him and never show it affects you. This kind of people want control over your emotions. If he sees you are affected he will feel some power and might even think you still have feelings for him. Weird and creepy I know, but that is a fact.
The only way to do is definitely by protecting you at full. Lawyer for advices, and why not a call to the police. Really.

The best way to ditch a creep? Total and complete distance. No calls, no emails, no texts, etc. Seriously, they usaully top coming around if you ignore them. Usually! Sadly, I've seen a fair share of chicks in my life go through this ( what kind of chicks do I know? lol) and avoiding them seems the best way to get them to stop being around. If he doesn't get the interaction from you he seeks...he'll find another chick. Most of the time. The naked pics thing is a weird issue, since they were "gifts"..I dunno.
