i couldnt stress that any further! if youve given up on yourself then dedicated it to others... living with the pain of losing someone is worse than death itself and its not fair to others

ive known alot of people who have committed suicide some acquaintances, some friends. all equally important and tragically missed

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend I lost a friend to suicide this year as well. The last time I saw her we were out drinking and were planning a girls' spa day for the following week. Two days later, one of our other friends found her. She had just broken up with her boyfriend of two months and hadn't seemed sad, but had been struggling with a mental illness all of her life and had just switched medications for it, and evidently it was overwhelming...we were all angry at first, that she didn't call any of us or reach out, but now it's all sadness. I am so sorry to hear that you had to go through losing a friend as well. I hope you find healing soon and only remember her at her best.

my heart goes out to you love. Hang in there. It is very admirable that you are trying to raise awareness and to encourage those in need of help to get it. As someone who has struggled with depression over the years i can tell you it does really mean a lot when someone reaches out to you.
