Shit! My gf passed out at work a couple years back, which hasn't happened since, and was probably just from low blood sugar levels. I really hope it's something simple like that and you're able to recover quickly from your fall.

Please be careful and have someone wake you every few hours, at least. Head injuries are no joke. I know this - I went blind from one. Thankfully it only lasted a few days, and I was in a hospital after the accident at the time.

Mos def have yourself check, I got a concusion once and its not fun. How hard did you hit the floor? Have someone check on you continously and go to the ER, I am not completely sure how it works but I think THEY HAVE to check on you even if you don't have insurance. :-(
