I had such a blast a ComicCon! And, here's the pics to prove it!!!
I stole this one from Radeo:

And, I stole this one from KingMuerte, who's new to the site. So, say hi!

I stood next to some really large, really awesome stuff:

I wore some amazing costumes...the most awesome of which is this cosplay from the SG comic (issue #2) drawn by cameronstewart:

Speaking of Cameron and ComicCon he was a guest of the convention thanks to his comic Sin Titulo. Have you seen it?
He and Missy came by the booth and signed copies of the comic for fans...and that included us Suicide Girls too!

And, of course, my Chewie costume that Jezzington got me from my wishlist. (I seriously wear it everywhere...it's totally appropriate for any occasion
)

As we all know, Radeo is magic. And, I was lucky enough that she used some of that magic on my hair. I think this is the best it's ever going to look.

Between her doing my hair and Squeak doing my make up I'm gonna look stylin' one of these days!
Chloe tried to teach me how to be both cool and hardcore at the same time by putting on some seriously scandalous shoes...but, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right:

I love Chloe! She's my couch-tastic soul mate and I'm SO happy she was at the con...so I could grope her.

I got a ton of cool swag......so much swag I had to leave a lot of it with Nodgarb to send to me later. Must remember for next year that my suitcase is not the T.A.R.D.I.S. I think it is.

I got kicked out of the Hasbro line on preview night and couldn't get to the Sails Pavilion to get tickets because of the lines...so, my buddy saved my life by delivering this to me:

Don't worry...pics of me wearing the Matrix of Leadership are soon to follow.

Wouldn't it be awesome if I was a squad mate in ME3?

You can actually vote on what the female version of Shepard is going to look like in the next game. I think #2 looks a lot like Kemper.

But, I may have Kemper on the brain 'cause we geeked out all con long...and we shot together too.

But, it's not the droids your thinking of...we've got something EPIC planned in the coming month for that shoot. Trust me, it's worth the wait.

I got some awesome art from Dan Ciurczak you can see more of his work at vibecomic.com.

And, I only went to one panel this year. (Which, is generally all I can manage since I stick close to the SG booth so I can see everyone who comes to visit.) But, it was the best panel you've probably never heard about: Good Vibes.

The casting is great, the story is amazing, and the animation give flash a good name! And, by the way, if the animation gives you that warm fuzzy feeling of familiarity it's because former Simpsons animators are bringing their talents to this new project and knocking it out of the park! (I know nothing about sports...that's a good metaphor, right?)
The voice actors are so entrenched in their characters that you don't find yourself thinking you're listening to "that actor" they all found a "voice" for each of the characters, allowing them to come alive and giving a move immersive experience to the viewer in the process.
You can tel this is a labor of love for all the parties evolved...and that dedication has really paid off. Speaking as someone who taught a class on the Simpsons at my alma mater UC Berkeley, I have a deep devotion to the adult animated genre and I think this show is going to be another great page in that genre and will help to bring animated franchises further into the forefront of pop culture.
Now that I'm home from the con I'm keeping the geek going by working on editing Squeak's Pon Farr set

If you want to keep the geek going with an SG set, check out my Gears of War set in member review while listening to the GoW 3 SDCC panel.

And, I think it goes without saying I'm heartbroken to have to go back to black...
