how have you been? it's been awhile since we've had a chance to sit down and talk. sometimes you're just too busy for me, and i can't get a word in edgewise...
i really must insist that you do the laundry. there's a whole bunch of it, all of your clothes really, and it would be really great if you could just hop to it so that pile isn't on the floor anymore. christ, man, it's been months!
furthermore, why are you being such a cunt to everyone? you want to say that they're rubbing you the wrong way, but i really think if you would just make some more time for you you'd be just fine. you have to stop letting people get to you. i know sometimes it's hard, but just... let it go. you're great at holding grudges, but that's soooooo last year. get some sleep, stay off that fucking knee, and don't forget to take your vitamins!
i'm thinking you should really give that vegetarian thing another go.
and for godsakes, stop leaving the seat up!

yeah it is an icky story 
and so much harder to deal with because I deal with people who do things like this all the time in my work and then someone I KNOW does it . And it makes me so angry and disappointed

But hey how are you? Sounds like you are still running too hard. Good luck with the mother thing. I have to go see mine today because duty calls, After that I expect to need an injection of happiness, So i will probably stop by and say hi. And I will try to .
