my schedual is negotiable at work so it often evolves into a come in around 1:30pm, stay until 2-3am... i'm always trying to make it a 9-6 type of schedual, but i always drift off course...

I'm always up at night. I can't ever freaking sleep. The earliest I've gone to bed this week is about 3am, which is early for me. I guess I just perfer the night time.

Ya see, when a pot pie is born, a little piece of weapons grade plutonium is placed at it's core for even heating.

Well that's because if you did, you'd have like a WMD on your hands.

Next thing you know, the feds are breaking down your door, you're splayed out on the floor with some guy's knee in you back and a gun to your head, some dude in like 50 layers of Kevlar and one of those funky helmets with the breathing tubes sticking out of the side like antlers is running out of your place with the pot pie on the end of a pair of really, really long industrial tongs yelling "FIRE IN THE HOLE!!! FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!"

I always wait a few minutes extra beyond the instructions until the pot pie goes from being a Chernobyl to a mere Three Mile Island.

yeah, that sucks. you need to do what i do. put it in the freezer for a few seconds. it works. i swear.

were you cooking it in your skivvies? cause if you were that actually raises the temperature of everything around you an easy 20F. (more creative math...) So that means that not only is the pot pie itself 20F warmer, but your oven is cooking it at 20F warmer plus the room temp is 20F warmer, making it harder to cool down once it's out of the oven...oh, benni...poor benni...do you need to cool off?

There's always the public swimming ool (notice there's no P in it). Actually that's wrong, they don't even heat the water anymore, it's like constantly warmed by the acrid pee of three year olds.

I could sure use a tongue kiss from my grandma right now...
