And if I may, some advice on quitting smoking: Switching to lighter cigarettes isn't going to help you quit. In fact, it may just get you more addicted. While technically, they do have less nicotine, it's not that much less and they are really only lighter in tar and flavor. And also when you switch like that, you may notice that you smoke more often, thereby actually increasing your nicotine intake!
Sp be careful.
(I know it's a bit hypocritical of me to give you advice since I still smoke cigars...but I only do that occasionally, and I idd quit a 2 pack a day habit over 8 years ago. So, even though I am a smartass know-it-all, I can give the adivce at least. )

Sorry I have not read your last couple of journals, my computer was in the shop and I'm playing catch up right now.

The lady that use to live next to me was 40 and she quit smoking with these pills, it blocked nicotine from getting to your brain and a couple of months later you just don't even want to smoke because you don't get anything from it.

I hope things are going well.
