Splurge... And Spoil yourself a bit and go to Nice Salon or Spa.. Let them do it... You're worth it right..? And if not so much just call around and ask them how much for just a quick Deep job... Probably not much at all. Enjoy!

Buy Damage Remedy from Aveda. It's a little expensive but totally worth it. I bleached my hair 3 times to get it blonde and then dyed it red. My hair felt so gross but after using Damage Remedy a few times my hair felt amazing!

L'Oreal EverPure Moisture Shampoo. Amaaaaazing stuff. I thought after 5 years of dying my hair naturally fine and BLONDE!! (double kill) black, there would be no saving it. I gave the stuff a try adn the shampoo is the most thick natural feeling shampoo ever adn the moister conditioner is the best! I mix it all up with what I need. The whole system is awsome. Sulfate free and 100% Vegan friendly.

Glitch is right. A good olive oil is da bomb.

What's funny is I was just talking about this with my wife last week, complaining about my hair and threatening to cut it if it doesn't shape up. She whipped out Neutrogena Body Oil (light sesame formula) which is inexpensive, put it in my hair, and voila, the next day, it's night and day difference. Now I'm keeping it. But when I read Glitch's comment, I completely forgot that I had this dilemma years ago and olive oil was my savior.
