I started grooming school a week ago and I'm loving it! Being an animal lover, this job is right up my alley. I can't wait to graduate and start working. I already have 3 jobs wanting me to work for them once I'm done with school.

First day of school i was in the moblile

I cut my finger

My teachers dog, Popcorn

I dyed this dog pink

I also dyed Popcorn pink

This is Popcorn's big sister, I forget her name

the other day i groomed a cat that looks just like mine

this was this morning, me drying my first client of the day

Lookin' pretty nifty there. I love the pink dog. Reminds me of a year ago when I took my sister's dog into a groomer and had her dyed purple. She was....furious with me.....but her three little girls loved it. They even gave her the nickname the "Purple Nurple".

Can't say where they learned it though....

I've been grooming for four years now. I have never worked at a place that would let us dye the dogs. That is sooo awesome . I live in Texas though. People don't dye their dogs much out here. I get to do a few mohawks here and there tho. Good luck in your new profession sweetie!
