Question:

Is having cyber sex without your significant other knowing, and hiding it from them, cheating?

It is if you've talked with them about it beforehand, or they know you wouldn't approve of it. I had an ex who had cybersex with other guys when I was at work and got mad at/lied to me when I asked her about it. When she finally admitted it, she said "I'm sorry I lied, but I was so lonely." What bullshit.

Hmm, interesting question. I think in a way, yes. Especially if you're being sneaky about it, then you know it's wrong.

How do significant others of SG's feel about their partners on here?

I think possibly... I mean, it's kind of a weird scenario but I would be very upset if I found out my boyfriend was doing that.

It may be hard to put it under the same definition. I think it is a breach of trust. You are sharing a type of intimacy with someone behind your partner's back, but brave1 has a point - our traditional def is about touching, being face-to-face, being physical instead of (or as well as) mental. The same real life things you do with your partner. When it's only intimate mentally - and likely anonymous - it's not as clear cut. As i say, I think it's still a breach of trust, and lying, even if by omission, is enough for me to avoid it.
