I look ragged. Not long awake from bad dreams as usual.
I got two lovely surprises this week, someone sent me the new Jesu album 'Conqueror' which I've been listening to this morning and I think is beautiful. Someone else got me a cd of gorgeous ambient music 'As Long As I Can Hold My Breath' and it's in a lovely package with flowers all over it! I don't know who got either of them though, let me know so I can thank you? That was so kind, both of them are so nice to listen to. These days, I'm really really disappointed with life but at least I have a good soundtrack now!

Hey , you've got an entire flock of birds on you now . You look way better than ragged .
It's funny how a simple act of kindness and some good music can sometimes turn things around for you . Take care .

Hey there, sorry I haven't been around much. Work, ya know Did you get those 9000 words done? I hope you're not as stressed as you were when we last spoke (messaged, blogged, whatever it is - still not sure of these virtual relations 
).
And in my humble opinion, you don't look ragged. I know that can sound supercilious, after all we all have our good days and our bad days, but, well, I think you're beautiful.
Anyway, I've put a bunch of music up on my blog which might be a little more up your street than the dub (you don't strike me as a reggae and dub kinda girl!), it's classical and melancholia.

your spidery dream sounds really eerie. i hope sleep starts treating you better soon.
i've managed to get out with friends the last couple of nights, and although that hasn't changed the basic situation that's getting me down, it has helped me to cheer up in general. i'm glad you got out with some of yours.
let's both try not to become such shut-ins in the future.
