Alas Negura aren't at Inferno this year (they're starting their tour in eastern europe at the same time). While I am excited about Inferno TBH the full line-up didn't impress me much (DHG and Primordial are still the hilights for me), still it didn't last year but it was brilliant when I actually went. The Norwegian Metal Allstars should be a laugh tho (Nocturno culto and chums covering Motorhead/Kiss etc.)

I know what you mean about flights, most company's want £140 return for Oslo (it was £80 last year)... thankfully Ryanair seem to drop their prices at random so I'm going for £55 return and this year.
