This story has nothing at all to do with the last journal entry apart from the fact that it contains rabbits. My mother teaches childrens art classes and at one of the classes there was a little girl who had a baby sister who died. Some of the children started talking about it and a boy said to the little girl, "I know what happened to your sister, it was something to do with rabbits wasn't it?"

Hm... my opinion on rabbits is non existent, I'm afraid whatever Apart from the fact that I wouldn't eat them, haha (Moira, the militant veganwink )But that is one hell of a weird story, children will never fail to amaze me. My mum's a nursery teacher and comes up with all kinds of anecdotes, too, though admittedly not as hilarious as that one. x

I actually used to work at a Kinder and they say stuff like that all the time. Kids are strange, not always in a good way.

Children, I believe, see through the bullshit of life's pretenses, choosing to pretend yet most often knowing the difference. All of my gifted children and godchildren have claimed to see angels, fairies, saints, and one even god. I have chosen to never contradict their visions or interpretations of them because they are theirs not mine. It is their gift to themselves that they seem to forget after their adolescence, but then it is my gift to them to remind them of their innocent years of perception before adults and what claims to be enlighted education robs them of their joy of living in the moment without needs to know anything for sure. They accept antimony, paradox, what we after those years most often either reject or worse sum it up with an innocuous, 'It's a mystery.' It is sweet 'Mystery', the mystery of something known but not ever comprehensively, without any need to come to a completion of beauty that saves.
...Yes, I am aware that I have waxed on. Thank you for your kind indulgence.

...Ah, the joy of laughing, crying, sadness, happiness, playing, fighting, and then doing it again perhaps most often with the same ones that moments before we said that we didn't ever want to talk to them again...That the world, and we, might learn from them..

good thoughts for your mere observations without a need for conclusions at every point, timothy
