I get effected by weather too. I am in spring at the moment but it is a dry, hot spring. Rain in spring is the best.

chocolate Cheesecake

Chocolate wafer crust

1 1/4 cups finely crushed chocolate waffers
3 tbl spoons suger
1/4 butter

In a small bowl stir together crumbs & suger. Add melted butter. Mix well 7 then press into the bottom
of a 9 inch spring form pan.

Chocolate filling
24 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup suger
5 teaspoons corn starch
4 eggs
1 egg yolk
12 ounces semisweet chocolte chips
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
In large bowl combine cream cheese,surgar, & corn starch. Beat with electric mixer till smooth. add eggs and yolk one @ a time beat well after each addtion.beat in mellted chocolate,sor cream & vannila.por into crust.
Bake @ 350 for 15 min.,lower the temp to 200,bake 1 hour 10 minutes till center looks no longer wet or shiny.remove cake from oven run a knife around the inside edge of the pan turn oven off let bake 1 addition hour. chill uncovered overnight.


chocolate glaze
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbl spoons shortening
fresh rasberries
chocolate leaves
in small suace pan melt chocolate chips & shortening over low heat.stiring constantly. spread over top & sides of cheese cake.Garnish with fresh rassperries & chocolate leaves.

i've just had that very same Slayer conversation with '12AngryBadgers'. i didn't bother to go on the Slipknot (aaaaarrggghhhhhh!!!!! feel like a slug with salt on just typing that word!) tour, but got a bit twitchy this time around and just had to, knowing i was gonna be pissed off haha!! 30 odd quid is a tad steep for one good band though, but it'd been way too long since i last heard 'Raining Blood' played live. clearly based on last nights crowd reaction headbanging's now officially out of fashion by the way, so that's me basically fucked!!!
