Wow, That picture is beautiful and very haunting,

shipwrecks have all ways fascinated me ever since I was a kid, I was six years old and I remember the day after the Edmund Fitzgerald sank in Lake Superior not to far from where I live, my parents had planned a trip to Duluth MN the weekend after the shipwreck and they were talking about it after seeing the story on the news. That was a horrible song but its a very haunting story...

Thats so cool to spend time with your grandfather, both of mine have passed but I have fond memories.

I love your work

Hello lovely lady!

The picture of you is absolutely stunning, if only everything in life could be looked at like that.

Thank-you for a haunting, dark but beautiful journal entry. kiss

Autopsy shreds! I met Chris Reifert, shortly after Chuck Shuldiner (Death) passed away (it's a funny story how we met).... Graves At Sea are sick!!! I have had the pleasure of seeing them on multiple occasions. Good choice of music by the way!

That certainly is fascinating. The next time I pass a barbers I must go in for an operation. Wikipedia is great, I can lose myself on there from time to time. Omlettes and whale steak? Also fascinating.

Listen to my imaginary compilation. I leave it up to you to decide how suited it is to midnight maratime escapades:

Brian Eno - Triennale

Drexciya - Dr Blowfin's Black Storm Stabalizing Spheres

Alumbrados - Principium I

Marissa Nadler - Annabelle Lee

Jeff Mills - Robot Replica

El Tanbura - I Saw the Moon

Philip Glass - Music in 12 Parts (Pt.1)

Slowdive - Albatros

Dynamo - Aussen Vor 1

When I was little I used to want to live with a family of elephants. I'm still pretty taken with the idea.

so..the pic is beautiful but don't go drunk near the sea..don't want you sink.. whatever
Douglas Gordon seems interesting..I saw the videos but outside the installations it's hard to fully understand...
the story of your grandpa is quite amazing! If you like to read an amazing sailor story, I really suggest to buy this book: The Endurance: Shackleton's Legendary Antarctic Expedition by Caroline Alexander it's a diary of the expedition by Shacleton...with amazing photos...you can't imagine what kind of things happens! we worked on that story for such a good play in theatre...
I'll check the music you suggest...meanwhile, take care..

There is nothing like the sea at night is there? It is the one and only thing I miss about home.
There is nothing to rival such a raw element.
Hope you're well

That's some list of wrecks!

If the water wasn't so damn cold . . the wreck diving there would be fabulous!

Be Well!
