I think it shows how sweet you are by your truthful and heartfelt attempt to get back to everyone's comments. I know for ME, when i leave a comment I really dont expect anything in return because you are the one that made or said something so beautiful to warrant a comment of appeciation.
You know, while I appreciate when others DO respond to a comment, most of the time it is a few general words anyway. I mean, thats ALOT of time to spend, getting back to everyone...especially YOU, having over 3,300 comments!!!

The mark of a truly special artist is that of individual distinction...expressing something quite personal and yet relevant to the viewer in some way. In my experience with gallery watching and graduate study in the fine arts, most turn out well-crafted one-liner art that could be made by anyone. Perhaps 1 in 50 tread beyond the threshold of interesting and really move someone.
That said, YOU go beyond the surface of the eye and penetrate deep in ones heart and mind through your work....growing more fertile with each day until one cannot get the neurons to cease from firing with the thought of you and your work.

Dont worry, just knowing that you exist is food for thought and each day you reveal yourself, that is a special day......well, for me, that is.

There is a painter that was highlighted a few years back on US postage stamps and I cannot remember his name but it seems like he painted landscapes and birds in some of them. Closest I can find today is Thomas Cole. I dont know.....

For me channelling that sadness into energy of some sort always helped me on my way. It's not the end of the world, though a part of you may always feel like it is. Life is for soaring the heights and plumbing the depths. It will come around.
