I know exactly how you feel. The house I'm living in right now, my parent's bought last winter. Anyway the previous owners had just painted the whole living room and hallway this gross (i think it is) blue/green puke color that I hate. but Mom loves it and it's technically her house so I gotta live with it at least for another year.

It makes it soo dark in here (and the lighting sucks as it is) that it's almost depressing. I'd like to paint it red.
