Has anybody else seen the film "Strings" ??
I watched it just the other night and was blown away by its stunning visual beauty. It is the first fully integrated Marionette feature film and the amount of craft and hardwork thats gone into this film is simlpy astonishing. The film does not pretend that these are not puppets, their strings are an integral part of who they are and are a key part of the story. If you cut a string you can maim or kill someone. A baby comes to life when its strings are attached. They are also as a visual metaphor for the idea of the interconnectivity of living beings.
If your the kind of person who likes your films to be different then believe me they don't come much more different than this. George Lucas eat your fecking heart out.

Thankyou all for the birthday wishes . What did I do for my birthday I hear you ask! Well I went to see B.B. King on his farewell tour with Deadmansdust, It really doesn't get much better than that. What a man, 80 years old and still rocks like no other, please go see him if you get chance before he packs Lucille up for good, you will not regret it.

Anyway some of you may remember me Vicky and Kit did a shoot for Skin Deep the UK tattoo magazine. well Ive finally got my hands on some photos from that shoot so with out further delay heres a couple of piccies from that day.

Nine Things I Hate About People

(1) People who point at their wrist while asking for the time.... I know where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?

(2) People who are willing to get off their ass to search the entier room for the tv remote because they refuse to walk to the tv and change the channel manually.

(3) When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Damn right! What good is a cake if you can't eat it?

(4) When people say "it's always the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the fuck would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they? they need a good ass kicking.

(5) When people say while watching a film "did you see that?". No Loser, I paid £5 to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor.

(6) People who ask "Can I ask you a question?"....Didn't really give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?

(7) When something is 'new and improved!'. Which is it?
If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it.

(8) When people say "life is short". What the hell??
Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever bloody does!! What can you do that's longer?

(9) When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks "Has the bus been?", If the bus came would I be still standing here, numpty!
