I know I was supposed to put some photos up in my previous journal of the London vist but things got in the way so Im sticking them here instead tongue .

First the Cheese sandwich munching greedy Raven:

I really want a pet Raven now they are sooooo cute love .

This is me in the Tower of London.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

People are asking how my new job is going, well its awful.
I spend the days peeling fruit, veg and cleaning up. Everything they have in the cupboards is ready made packets, they don't make anything from scatch needless to say Im bored out of my brain frown . The only thing I find amusing is we have a Farther Grundy in residence, my B/F affectionately call's his undies Grundy's biggrin.

I need a new job frown .

Milady, you are absolutely stunning.

From the various anecdotes I've heard regarding the intelligence of ravens I would think they would make fine pets.

I spent most of my life in the norther state of Alaska, in the city of Anchorage. I'm given to understand that it shares the same longitude as London, and judging from your picture it shares huge ravens. Alaska is famous for the thousands of Bald Eagles that live in and about the state, but having observed the blasted things most of my life I'd have to say that the raven is by far the more noble creature. Eagles are lazy and seem fairly dull, whereas the ravens of Anchorage know precisely when a certain grocery store will empty it's rubbish, when fishermen are likely to leave offal about that they can purloin, and many other very clever things that seem to be beyond the reasoning of the eagles. Both birds are scavengers, primarily, and the raven does very well in that capacity, in addition to chasing eagles twice their own size about in defence of their nests and territory.

Interesting set...
Almost Rubenesque...

Nice birdy, too. They do make amusing pets.

There's an old Wiccan saying..

"Crow warns Wolf". I imagine this news could be good OR bad, depending upon where you stand...
