Well, I drink other things that are bad for me... why not add coffee to the list. I really don't want to take anything to help me sleep, besides it takes pretty strong medication to affect me for anything. Took vicodine once when I had my wisdom teeth removed for the pain and it did nothing. The doctor has slipped something a little stronger into my shirt pocket incase that happened... perkadine (sp?) Didn't help much either, but it made me relax a little.
