Yeah, you definitely need to plan your "injury time" around your days off... wouldn't want to waste them.

Maybe on days before your days off, you could put a big foam mat or a safety net at the bottom of the stairs to catch you.

naaa we bought an extra big fan to confuse the poor thing, we think if it keeps it's winter coat it'll be fine for summer next year, naa we'r just trying to stuff it around, it's extra furry so it's looking emencly obice and cute. so it;s gonan stay that way!! with additonal over feeding, whtich i have already been told off for lol

what can i say, i was suckerd in by thire well played instamenalts an ideals (HA!) naa i haven't been to a gig in a long time, and the last one i went to (rammstine/headcharge) i had to drag the lad with my, cos the time B4 that we went ot london got the a nice big boot in her face from a crowd surfer. so any gig will do, and im taking my mate Richard, think he's just going to see little tinny rockers wering nothing, im going foe the music of couorse!!!!
