I find the best way to deal with worlking with imbeciles is a hearty breakfast before you head out in the morning. Now I know you didn't think much of my Yorkshire Pud + Beans and Bangers, but is out of this world:

Take 1, 2 foot baguette.
Cut bread in half and smother bread with mayo until bread is soggy (v. important).
Take either Catfish or chicken and season with a small amount of Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Onion, Cumin, Black + White Pepper, Basil and Thyme. Then grill until nicely done.
While Catfish is grilling, baked thin potato wedges with same seasoning.
When all is cooked, cram into bread along with green, red and yellow peppers, onion, cucumber and finish with a healthy amount of Tabasco brand pepper sauce.

That there is enough to prepare anyone for the day ahead. And they say a blowjob is the breakfast of champions.
