I'm now in Finnish class 6 HOURS A DAY, 5 DAYS A WEEK! Then I have homework. All a lot to do while renovating my old Helsinki flat... which will be an art space and a dungeon for clients. I've been thinking about shooting some of my gorgeous Finnish girlfriends to submit to SG but when will I have the time??? And why is my membership to SG Finland stillllll pending ?

Note to self, Just because the sun is shining is no reason to leave the mittens at home. Once the sun goes down in Finland the temp drops rapidly!

I'm in Helsinki now... waiting for the ice to melt so I can visit our summer home in Porvoo. It's not as cold as I had thought, but then again it's late in the year. The food is AMAZING!

Well I missed seeing Radioactive Chickenheads tonight.... on the other hand I'm feeling pretty well packed for my vacation in SF and my move to Finland!! Took the 200 Alvarado bus to Ross and got a good deal on a suitcase but I still need more sweaters. I'm excited but also nervous about the cold. I'm so used to running around naked at home, maybe if I get really warm socks I can still do it.

Going to take a trip to San Francisco this week before I fly to Helsinki! I haven't been in so long!!!! Anyone have favorite places on the Wharf to eat? That's where our hotel is.

So today my one way ticket to Helsinki was officially purchased! I'll be moving there in February... curious about what SG folks live there. I'll be in LA mid April and all of May, Norway in June, Chicago later in the year... but after that most my life will be in Finland!

I had a fantastic dinner last night at photographer Brad Miller's house. His beautiful wife made shrimp scampi- Delicious!!!! Tonight Sawa, Zak Smith and his girlfriend Mandy are coming to dinner. Anyone have any suggestions of what to do with eggplant BESIDES eggplant parmesan? We have too much eggplant here!

Shot two great sets with at the Tom of Finland Foundation with Sawa yesterday. One on the front porch in babydoll lingerie and another wearing latex lent by Siren in our leather room. Was soooo much fun to see her but I didn't get enough... will have to go hot tubbing with her soon.
