Hi!!!

Hola SG,

I recently received a package from a fellow kick -ass Suicide girl on this site. Phoenix is quite the artista. I have been a long time admirer of her work, and I finally got my hands on two of her prints. One for me, and one for a girlfriend.




I took these pictures on my phone camera, and it does these prints no justice. They are much more vibrant and lovely in person. Go check out Phoenix's art on her blog/albums and buy one of her gorgeous prints.

This one is on my wall of inspiration <3 Next to Klimt and Kahlo. I want to fill this wall with different artworks to keep the creativeness going

Lots of things have been happening during this Hot Texas Summer.

First off: I officially underwent a last name change. I am a newly wed!!!! My boyfriend for 7 years and I, recently tied the knot at the place where we first got together. Here are some of the many pictures that were taken by family and friends. I am sharing my favorite ones with you all on the SG net action.






After being slammed in the face with White Chocolate Cake by our flower girls and ring bearer, My hubby and I decided to jump in the ocean to clean off the tasty cake. This was one of the best days in my life. I am so happy to be married to my soul mate. A lot of love in this post.

As for our honeymoney: A lotta love there too!
We did not venture too far from were we were married in Texas, but I would like to share some photos we took of us, during our stay in a nearby island in Mexico.







We had such fun together enjoying the sun, eating, and being in love.

Now, that we are back from our trip, I decided to step into high gear to become more productive.
As some of you all know, I recently have been accepted to a pretty kick ass art school out of state. My current goals are to focus more on school and personal projects. This can be kind of tricky if you work a full time day job, and go to school full time. So to keep the art ideas fresh and fluent, I buckled down last night and created a schedule to get shit done!!!!!! Along with this schedule, I also have invented a sort of reward system for getting shit done!!!!!!
The reward system will be based on how much shit I get done, and the rewards will range from doing crafty things like hand binding art journals, to trying a new recipe, to taking my surfboard out to enjoy a weekend of camping/surfing/drinking with friends...you know some fun shit!!!! I like the word shit. I think I may start a blog outside of SG with the progress of the arting and rewarding. If I have some cool posts from the outside blog, I will update here with a link. I know pretty boring stuff " ain't it" : )

Oh... I also became a yr older recently. Can you guess how old I am? If you can I'll snail mail you a copy of some personal artwork.
