I recently received a package from a fellow kick -ass Suicide girl on this site. Phoenix is quite the artista. I have been a long time admirer of her work, and I finally got my hands on two of her prints. One for me, and one for a girlfriend.
I took these pictures on my phone camera, and it does these prints no justice. They are much more vibrant and lovely in person. Go check out Phoenix's art on her blog/albums and buy one of her gorgeous prints.
This one is on my wall of inspiration <3 Next to Klimt and Kahlo. I want to fill this wall with different artworks to keep the creativeness going

Hey! That is cool, it is so much fun! Hmmm pole conditioning. Pole is all about core, upper body strength and flexibility so anything that works that is great. Pull ups are super great exercise for pole and leg raises for example. But I'm sure you'll be fine if you don't do it. I was in pretty bad shape and hadn't done any exercise for years when I took my first pole class.
