So... why is it that ideologies tend to come in groups? Why do so many of the members of Amnesty International also belong to Greenpeace? And why are then vegetarian/vegan? Why is it that so many people who are pro-welfare are also pro-censorship? Why are those who are pro-choice also for affirmative action so much?

And why is it that secular humanism is so frowned upon? And why does the government think that because I have no religious reason that I cannot object to war all on my own?

And why the hell can't I be proud of my European ancestry? I am a decendant of the inventors of leisure time and democracy, the people who brought about the Renaissance and invented modern medicine... but but then, EVERYONE should be proud of their ancestry.

Okay, so screw that I missed the Troma casting call because the Strongbad email from last week is hilarious. All my bad vibes have gone, and I am awash in his glory and greatness.

I can't make it to Portland for the Troma casting. Ever since I saw that preview for Eve's Beach Fantasy I've been in love with Troma... maybe it's just that I'm in love with Julie Strain.... but probably not.

Woo hoo! Only a week and a half left until vegas. It's the best and worst place in the whole world.

I took a nap on the couch today and woke up feeling like crap because the sun was shining right on me and I was wearing tight pants... so I was sweaty and dizzy. It was lame.

Expedia is trying to screw me by trying to charge me for a plane ticket I didn't buy. I was having trouble with my browser and hit cancell right as it froze. Silly Expedia. They will soon learn that a college student does not just throw away $200...

It's time to clean the house. Whoopie.

I like to hang out with the H4X0R kids because they make me feel sexy. Well, except the ones savvy enough to be married.

Yesterday I went over to Mercer Island and spent all day wearing vintage swimsuits and playing with toys in a kiddie pool while Douglas Dobbins took my picture. It was cold; the sun was behind the clouds and the pool was full of hose water. He took a couple digital pictures, too, so I will post one when he sends them to me. The sun came out when I was just about too cold to go on so thre are some beautiful shots of me dramatically lit with a reflection of golden sunlight. He takes great pictures.

I've been spending my days learning to become more confident; looking fabulous really helps.

Now, I must work.

I had to work on Wednesday, my day off, which was kinda crappy... but I have survived.

But anyway, last night I watched Gosford Park and drank only half a 40oz, for I was trying to stay awake. It was a strange movie because things didn't happen in the order of a traditional whodunit but the beginning sorta set it up like it was. It was strange, but I liked it.

I had a dream last night... I don't remember it, but I think there might have been kissing in it... or maybe that was real... weird.

Being fabulous is hard work. I think, though, that if I had colored shoes instead of black that it might be a little easier. Heh, and more slips.

Last night 2 of my old high school friends invited me over to their house for a night of drinking and other such carousing. It was really weird. One of them apologized for being such a self-centered dick and ignoring me a lot towards the end of school, so that was nice. And I hugged this girl that I'd never said a word to before, and I think she doesn't like me. Then today we were all feeling crappy and we got one guy in trouble with his girlfriend for pretending to hump him while he was on the phone with her. He had showed us naked pictures of her the night before. We went on an oddessey to Denny's and saw these girls on the way; I said hi to both of them but they barely acknowledged me. I'm glad I have left most of it behind.

I've decided that from now on I'm going to be more fabulous.

I got a free haircut today. I also saw I girl I went to high school whom I idolize, and another girl from my high school who I don't like so much. She wears too much mascara. *shudders*

And... it is too warm, but I'm going to help put a tv into our neo-geo cab so we can see games on it as we play them. Yay!

So then *I* get called dumb. The American Revolution happens to be one of my favorite parts of history; I know what I'm talking about.

I went to the zoo with my mom yesterday and of course all the big cats were sleeping, but the baby elephant is still fucking cute and the birds were out. I wore bad shoes, though, so my feet are a little tired. I also saw The Importance of Being Ernest... I liked the one they made us watch in senior english a bit better, actually.

It is cold today, which is a welcome relief, but also it is rainy.
