I want to thank all of you for the wonderfully nice things you said about my new set and I'm sorry that I can't respond to you all individually but there are just too many of you. 600? Perhaps I could try, but a month from now you're going to be saying to yourself, "why the crap is Al saying thanks on my journal...?" Indeed, I was very very pleased with the way this set turned out...

and if you haven't yet, you should go tell Idjiit what a fantastic job he did photographing and photoshopping me into perfection. His journal right now talks about the shooting if you're interested. During the shooting I felt pretty helpless: I don't wear contacts anymore so I was blind without my glasses, my gloves were too long for my fingers which made it nearly impossible to do anything that reqired any sort of fine motor function, the floor was very slippery and those shoes I had on aren't exactly ideal for that sort of situation and my hair became very heavy and sticky as soon as it got even a little wet. He had to tie my shoes for me, help me up, move my hair because my gloves would just stick to it (I'm so glad I didn't wear any hoop earrings like I'd thought about) and at times he had to wipe water or bubbles off of me from places that lesser men might have been uncomfortable about. He was very professional, a dream to work with, and I can't wait to do it again.

... and now Set of the Week! I can't believe it. This is especially nice considering my current employment status. If there were ever a time I could use an extra grand, it would be now. I want to thank the SG Staff for doing such a great job with the site, keeping it running smoothly, treating the models with respect, bringing us wonderful features, and always encouraging us models to do better, to go above and beyond, to bring you the best sets we possibly can.

I'm sure many of you were wondering, after you'd seen my set, why I'd taken my piercings out. Honestly, I'd shaved right before I went to the shoot, forgot to put my jewelry back in and simply didn't notice until about 3/4 of the way through the shoot. So short answer: I'm a dumbass, that's why there's no metal in my junk in my last set. Oh well. I hope I didn't disappoint you.

Thanks again, everyone.

Next, I got these from Morgan:

The Johari Window, because it's fun to do and you can have one of your own, and The Nohari Window because it's fun (well, I think so) to see the ways in which other people think you suck. You should do mine, make one of your own, and then post the link to yours in my journal. Even if I don't know you every well (or at all) I'll still do it, because it's fun.

In other news, I've decided that I most certainly will start wearing my corset again. I've missed it so much. I can't afford to get new corsets when I need them (like I sorta need one now...) but I don't care. I'll wear a worn and faded one with the bones popping out of it if it does the job. It's under my clothes anyway, it's not like anyone can see it. I'm trying to get back into the one I wore in Habit but it's pretty tight. It's still open like 4" in the back right before it's uncomfortably tight. I can't believe I used to be able to wear it closed just fine. Hopefully I'll be able to wear my 19" corset before too long. The only problem is that I can't seem to find my measuring tape(s).

Still jobless, but I'm not worried. If it comes down to it I'm sure I could get a crappy office job somewhere making $7.50/hr. I can't believe how little they pay you around here for some things. Maybe I should be a bartender or a cocktail waitress. I'd probably make good tips, but I don't know if I could handle serving people who are drunk enough to give me huge tips. Heh.

We'll see, I suppose.

Are you serious? That is a GI JOE.

And those are not Barbies either. They are female action figures as articulate as GI Joe.

The temperature is annoying right now. It will be 77 degrees tomorrow during the day. When I get up and go to work, it will be 57. Cold, hot, cold.

I hope that ansered your questions.

Also, feel free to check out my Action Figure picture album. You will find more GI Joes there as well.

About the awesomeness- is there going to be an Al video? I would chew off a body part to see that. You know, as long as it wasn't mine.

Hey Al, you're on SecondLife, right?

I just started about a week ago, it's pretty rad. Offers lots of building and modeling practice.

Anyways, look me up on there if you want, my name's Rodger Venkman.

Laters.

hey al

i just want to say that it must be hard for a woman to be a slave to baby production mechanisms and the chemicals then released into your blood stream in mass as a result of these such as estrogen which is a powerful drug

although i view you as beautiful for these mechanisms thats because of testerone

but above all that bullshot effect drugs of being human when its turned off...

your a mathmatician... and for that alone

i want to say that if any human was designed as perfection .....

you are as beautiful as you are smart

so all the 600 emails should remind you of what a genius you are

Speaking of employment...Have you thought of substitute teaching? I used to do it a few years ago. I'm just now getting re-certified to do it on my off-days. It's easy money and they don't pay too bad...up here it's $75 a day...and it's pretty easy...all I do is make sure they don't kill each other or light anything on fire.

Congrats on winning set of the week! Tiny Bubbles was pretty amazing, and it's good to know that you didn't take out your genital piercings to mollify those intimidated by them...

In terms of jobs and stuff, I know that the Chicago Public schools are hiring people with a math degree who don't have a teaching certificate to teach and become certified. It pays around 40,000 a year and the fellowship is good for 2 years. Granted you probably don't want to move to Chicago or teach high school math there, but maybe that's preferable to waitressing. I have the website buried in my email if you're interested.

Gorgeous set! As far as the job thing goes, serve if you are pressed for a job, you make so much money. The only downside is the sometimes odd hours.
