I'm finally starting to settle down. So I good friend of mine asked me to come cook for him about a week or so ago . I've changed kitchens yet again... This time it is for a pub. seems a bit more up my alley. Anyway I'm getting thrown in the pool tonight. I'm working the saute line on a Friday night... I have to make the ticket calls too... this should be interesting. Anyway wish me luck.... I've gotta get going. I need to get in there early so this will go nice and smooth.

Finally things are looking up. I got a new computer and got a new job. I'm cooking over at an italian joint now. As usual working too much though. anyway I'll actually up date a bit more when i figure out how to use my computer batter. Anyway hope all is well!

Wow what a summer it has been. Kinda have a streak of bad luck lately. So lets see where to start?.... So I quit my job back in July... I went from a line to a fucking fish fry place... Then I spent just over a month frying fish. But my last day was this week. So I'm currently unemployed.
Oh and I have no computer at this point in time. My old computer got a nasty virus. So we bought an Imac online....fucking craigslist! Anyway so we got the new computer and found out it hadn't been wiped. So we try to get a hold of the person who sold it to us. They gave us some story about it was there sister in laws and blah blah blah.... Anyway So we got a copy of the operating system and tried to wipe it ourselves... Come to find out you still need to password to wipe it.... As a last ditch effort we got a hold of the "sister in law". Anyway we get a hold of her and find out the fucking thing was stolen back in June. So of course we had to return the damn thing. They even told us they had already been paid off by their insurance. But of course would give us a dime for the recovery. instead "Nope; thanks but go eat a dick and your $500"
But on the bright side I got some new ink this month. I wish i could put some pictures up of it but I haven't figured out how I can use my digital camera at an internet cafe.... Anyway I need to get hunting for a new job. Hope all is well with you!

Finally got my internet hooked back up today... I'm all moved into my new place now and I'm so happy to actually get to sit on my ass for once. Anyway hope all is well.

There's no rest for the wicked... I finally got a chunk of days off! but it's just to move...... Thankfully my new place is just a few blocks away so it should be a painless move. Anyway that's all that is new around these parts. Anyway hope all is well.

Happy 4:20 everybody!

BOOOOOOOOOO! what a wet nasty day... fucking snow in march? What the fuck!? Anyway I'm so glad to be home tonight... I had a long first night on the grill at work. My favorite dish of the night was the venison steak with fingerling potatoes roasted in duck fat. lets see what else... oh have a awesome new co worker. I'm sorry I only talk about work but that's really all I do anymore besides sleep and fuck. I spend more time with the kitchen crew than I do with my husband at this point. hence the babbling about work. Well I hope you are having a good weekend!

I'm still alive... Sorry I haven't posted in so long. So I got some great news today... I'm getting a promotion of sorts... I'm getting salary now instead and have been working the line instead of the pantry for a couple of weeks now. So my hard work is paying off but I still have much much more to learn and do.... That's all I've been up to lately... well besides drinking and sleeping anyway. Hope you have a great weekend!

wow I shouldn't even be up! I've been working 12hr shifts for over a week now and my hat is off to all of you that hold down 2 jobs.... I'm only working one way too much but i get the feeling of becoming the living dead.
This is a huge weight of my shoulders because I finally get to speak of the changes going on at the restaurant I work at... We have a new chef this week and it's been a dramatic change!............ since I'm new to the
restaurant industry i didn't notice my boss was stealing our tips on top of fucking the rest of the house...(sigh of relief) Anyway hope you are having a better new year then I am! I'll blog again when I get my first day off.

Booo! so that cold I was worried about got a hold of me............. Bad fucking timing... as usual... I was short hours this week and now I'm even shorter on hours...Anyway I'm just kicking back tonight drinking Jager because I don't trust cold medicine. oh well. Hopefully I can pick up some more hours next week to compensate. Anyway hope you are feeling better than I am... good night...
