Seriously, it's like there are times when you need to re-boot. Starting fresh isn't an option in the larger sense, but starting the day fresh after another half hour of sleep may help. We're all just floating out there, you know. It's easy to lose your tether.

I regularly awake from naps in a rotten as all hell mood. This makes no sense, as I was just sleeping.
Sleeping is a good thing.
Naps are like dessert; you don't always get them but you should love then when you do.
I'm now going to go have a carbonated beverage and then take one of these "naps". We shall see.


And in all seriousness, hang in there. I've been leading a more up than down past few weeks where control of my life was tenuous at best, so I get where you're coming from (not literally, never been to BC).
It gets better.
That sounds fucking trite even on the best day but it's true.

I feel that almost at least once a month. Sadly for me it seems that the times I don't feel that I'm really battling to prevent from feeling like that.
You kind of live that fight when you're sick like me but it's not about me haha
